Ceren Dayioglu is a seasoned Human-Centered Designer and strategist with over 14 years of experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a senior manager and deputy project manager on the VAIRRS contract, Ceren applies a customer-centered approach to streamline service delivery for the Department of Veterans Affairs. Previously, Ceren led the design of the Office of Research and Development’s Research IT Support Ecosystem, developing key resources such as the first-ever Research Journey Map. Ceren's expertise includes synthesizing consumer insights into actionable strategies, enhancing user satisfaction through iterative design, and managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects. Ceren holds an MBA from The George Washington University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Istanbul University.
