Prateek Gupta

Prateek Gupta is a technology entrepreneur with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. As Co-Founder and CEO of CustomerGlu since August 2020, Prateek focuses on innovative customer engagement solutions. Previously, Prateek co-founded Marax, serving as CTO from December 2016 to March 2020, where efforts were directed towards creating an action recommendation system aimed at optimizing conversions. Earlier roles include full stack developer positions at Upwork and Unified Techlabs, and co-founding the IoT startup node0 Labs, which developed connected devices and smart spaces. Prateek also contributed to the strategic growth of Stealth Gaming as a Growth Hacker and held various development roles across different organizations. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vellore Institute of Technology, complemented by leadership experience as President of the Technology and Gaming Club at the university.
