Anton Tchernikovsky

Anton Tchernikovsky is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in solution architecture and software engineering. As the Co-Founder and CTO of Customerization since January 2021, Anton has previously held senior roles at Hitachi Solutions America, where responsibilities included leading teams and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Anton's expertise spans digital transformation initiatives within financial services at Home Trust Company and leadership of Dynamics 365 professionals at PRODWARE. A foundational software engineering background includes roles at Malam Systems and DataSafe, while military service as a software engineer in the Israel Defense Forces further established Anton's technical credentials. Anton holds an Executive MBA from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering.
