Nathan Nickens serves as Divisional Director at Customer Management Practice since October 2019, leading the development of Customer Contact Week, a premier global event series in the customer contact sector. Previously, Nathan held several positions at Argentum, including Vice President of Programming & Innovation, where responsibilities included overseeing content for various events and aligning offerings with strategic goals. Nathan also acted as Senior Director of Professional Affairs, managing national conferences, trade shows, and vendor relationships, and as Senior Manager of Professional Affairs, coordinating professional speaker participation and recognition programs. Nathan holds a degree from Bowling Green State University.
