Rob Shannon

Rob Shannon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations. As the Founder of Intelligent Enterprise Leaders Alliance and Corporate Learning Network, as well as a Board Member of Customer Management Practice, Rob has been instrumental in driving innovative practices since 2023, 2022, and 2021, respectively. Additionally, Rob has served as Managing Director at IQPC since 1999 and has previous experience as an Associate at Mendes & Mount, LLP from 1997 to 1999. Rob holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, obtained in 1997, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fairfield University, earned in 1994.
