Floris Bauer is a co-owner and founder of multiple media ventures, including Gunpowder & Sky, TOBA Media, CUT Studios, and Calli Labs. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO at TOBA Media, they lead a venture studio focused on developing new media brands. Since co-founding Gunpowder & Sky in 2016, they have overseen the production of over 60 feature films and series, partnering with major platforms like Apple and Netflix. Prior to their current roles, Floris held various positions in corporate development and strategy at Endemol Shine Group and worked as a lawyer at Clifford Chance. They hold a Master’s degree in Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
