Darjan Andrejc has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Darjan began their career in 2008 as a Pharmaceutical Technologist Assistant at Sandoz, where they assisted in the development of solid final dosage formulations. In 2010, they joined the National Institute of Chemistry Slovenia as a Scientific Researcher in Biotechnology, conducting experiments in a GMP environment.

In 2016, Darjan worked as a Medical Representative at Berlin-Chemie AG, providing medical information on clinical studies for cardiac and pulmonary diseases. Darjan then transitioned to the Health Authority for Medicinal Products of Slovenia in 2017 as a GMP/GDP Inspector, leading and accompanying inspections and managing quality defects.

From 2019 to 2022, Darjan worked as a QA Manager at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd, where they managed QA documents, supported supplier qualification activities, and coordinated risk assessments. Darjan was also involved in the launch of two projects that received marketing authorizations.
