Ellen Wang is an experienced professional in customer success and enablement, currently serving as the Head of Enablement at Cutover since December 2020. Previously, Ellen held various roles at LifeWorks Wellbeing, including Senior Manager for Customer Success UK, and was integral in customer success operations. Prior to that, Ellen spent six years at Apple, working as an Account Manager and Creative, where responsibilities included onboarding new technologies and providing B2B support and training. Ellen began a freelance career in graphic design, UI design, and concept art from 2010 to 2015 after working as a gallery assistant at Gallery 94. Ellen holds a BA in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, University of London.
