Tom Hardcastle

Tom Hardcastle is an accomplished sales executive with extensive experience in global sales and business development. Currently serving as VP Global Sales at Cutover since September 2022, Tom oversees sales teams across EMEA and the US. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of VP Sales for EMEA and was a Sales Director at Confluent, focusing on UK Enterprise Named Accounts. At Alteryx, Tom excelled as Sales Director for Strategic Accounts, receiving the EMEA Sales Director of the Year awards in 2019 and 2020. Tom’s career includes significant roles at SCC, Qlik, IFS, and SDL, where strong performance in new business development and account management was demonstrated. Tom graduated with a degree in Marketing Management and Business Management from the University of Gloucestershire in 2002.
