Dirk Werapermall

Dirk Werapermall currently serves as the Associate Director of Operations at Cut+Dry since April 2020. Prior experience includes a decade at Sysco LABS Sri Lanka, where roles ranged from Manager of Operations - Production Support, responsible for maintaining SLAs for production defects, to Manager of Operations - Application Support, where significant improvements in engineering onboarding and operational processes were achieved. Werapermall also expanded the application support team and transitioned to proactive support methodologies as a Senior Operations Lead. Initial career steps included roles as Application Support Lead and Application Support Engineer, where critical contributions to product launches and infrastructure management were made, notably during the launch of the FastOrder.lk platform, Sri Lanka’s first food online ordering service. Prior to Sysco LABS, Werapermall worked in customer service at Roomsnet from 2006 to 2009.
