Shehan Jayalath

Shehan Jayalath has a diverse work experience. Shehan started their career in 2014 as a Network Coordinator for the Students' Computer Lounge and library, Faculty of Science, University of Colombo. Shehan then worked as a Blogger, Organizer, Reporter, Videographer, Photographer, Photo Editor, Video Editor and Graphic Designer for FOS Media from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineering Consultant for Neura Intelligence Pvt Ltd. and as a Programmer for GitHub. In 2019, they worked as a Coder for HackerRank and as a Software Engineer and Software Engineering Consultant for Codify ai. Shehan also served as a Treasurer for the Photography Circle of University of Colombo, Faculty of Science from 2016 to 2018 and as a Club First Vice President, Treasurer and Treasurer for the Lions Club of Colombo Young Professionals from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer for Cut+Dry.

Shehan Jayalath has an extensive education history. Shehan completed their Master of Information Technology at the University of Colombo School of Computing from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with Second Class Honours from the University of Colombo from 2014 to 2018. Shehan also attended Rahula College from 2003 to 2011 and St. Thomas' College, Matara from 2002 and earlier. Jayalath has also obtained several certifications, including Deep Learning Specialization - DeepLearning.AI from deeplearning.ai and Coursera in 2021, Leading the Modern Day Business from University of Virginia, Boston Consulting Group, and Coursera in 2021, and NSE 1 and 2 Network Security Associate from Fortinet in 2020.
