Robert Austin

Robert Austin is a Full Professor at the Richard Ivey School of Business since June 2013, focusing on innovation and digital transformation, alongside research in digital transformation and talent management, particularly in neurodiversity employment. Austin has served as an Affiliated Faculty Member at Harvard Medical School since December 2016 and previously at Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University from November 2017 to November 2020. As a Fellow at the Cutter Consortium since 1996, contributions have included consulting and publications. Austin held the position of Professor at Copenhagen Business School from July 2007 to June 2016, and also acted as Dean at the University of New Brunswick from July 2011 to June 2013, where crisis management was crucial. Previous roles include Acting COO and CEO at CBS Executive and Associate Professor at Harvard Business School. Austin's industry experience includes a VP Operations role at Novell and various assignments at Ford Motor Company.
