Saagar Sinha is currently the Customer Success Lead at Cuvama. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Business Value Services at Salesforce from September 2017 to May 2022. In this role, they worked with frontline sales teams and strategic customers on account strategising, C-suite communications, ROI analysis and deal structuring along with industry thought partnership. Saagar also supported sales leadership with operational rigour including pipe monitoring, big deals execution, forecasting input and enablement. On an ad-hoc basis, they worked on select strategic projects such as new market entry and business building.
Before joining Salesforce, Sinha was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from April 2011 to September 2017. Saagar started as a pre-associate in the India office and spent 5 years across tenures before moving to the UK as a Senior Engagement Manager. During their time at McKinsey, they served customers across the financial services, mining, private equity and chemicals & agriculture industries with a focus on sales & marketing and growth strategy.
Saagar Sinha received their Bachelor of Technology in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Saagar then went on to get their Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
