CVA is a multi-discipline, general site contractor specializing in residential properties. Established in 1967, CVA has grown into one of the region’s leading site work contractors with projects throughout South Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Our clients range from small general contractors to some of the largest builders in the country. We typically work with apartment complexes, townhomes and single family homes.

While CVA has completed hundreds of projects in the residential construction arena, we are also well disciplined in commercial project work. From retail offices and religious institutions to restaurants and large commercial properties, CVA provides our clients with independent, reliable site work.

A complete utility contractor, CVA is capable of meeting even the most expansive municipal needs. From universities and colleges to major athletic fields and stadiums, we have the ability to survey, design, plan and execute to meet exacting standards against aggressive timelines.

A complete site contractor, we own all of our own earth moving equipment and have an expert team of trained employees to ensure each project we touch is done to exacting specifications, on time and on budget.
