Frederic Fortin

Frederic Fortin is a seasoned professional in mergers and acquisitions with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies in the energy and investment sectors. Since June 2016, Frederic has served as the Deputy Managing Director in charge of Development at CVE (Changeons Notre Vision de l'Energie), where responsibilities include business development and M&A activities. Prior to this, Frederic held board member positions at TUIC (Theolia Utilities Investment Company) and ECOVAL 30, and worked at Futuren (Theolia) as Head of Project Finance and M&A from June 2010 to May 2016. Frederic's career also includes a significant tenure at Société Générale Corporate and Investment Banking, focusing on advisory services for large-cap mergers and acquisitions. Frederic holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from Esade and multiple bachelor's degrees in European Management and business from University of Westminster and KEDGE Business School.
