Bill Oliver

Bill Oliver is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at CVM, Inc. since September 2018, Bill has previously held significant roles such as Director of Technology Services for the Northeast Region at 3SGPlus and Director of Information Systems for the City of Middletown, Connecticut, where oversight of technology policy was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Technology Sales at PRIME 3SG, Network Practice Manager at IntelliBridge and MetaCorp Strategies, and Technology Specialist for the City of New Haven. Bill holds degrees from Western Governors University and The University of Texas at Austin.
