Tom Hayashi, MS Ed, PhD, CMC®, SHRM-SCP, ACC, CFRE has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of nonprofit organizational development, leadership and management, human resources, and nonprofit capacity building. Tom currently serves as the Chief Capacity Building Officer at CVNL Center for Volunteer & Nonprofit Leadership, where they provide consulting services and manages consulting engagements related to strategic planning, board governance, organizational development, and diversity and inclusion.

Prior to their current role, Tom worked as an Adjunct Faculty and Chair of the Program Director in the Department of Leadership and Management at Saybrook University.
