Anne Luke

Anne Luke MS, FNP-BC has extensive experience in critical care and nursing, with a focus on advanced heart diseases and transplant patient care. Starting as a Registered Nurse at St. John's Riverside Hospital and New York Presbyterian Hospital, Anne provided compassionate and direct clinical care while collaborating on individualized treatment plans. Subsequent roles included MCS Nurse Practitioner at Montefiore Health System and Junior Board Member at Harboring Hearts, enhancing support for heart transplant patients. Currently, Anne serves as Territory Manager at CVRx | Barostim and previously held positions at CareDx, Inc. as Heart Transplant Nurse Practitioner and Senior Transplant Account Manager, where noninvasive testing solutions were implemented for cardiothoracic and abdominal transplant patients. Anne earned a Master's degree in Acute Care from New York University and a Master of Science (MS) in Family Nurse Practice from Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus. Achievements include being named in the Presidents Club 2024 for contributions to the transplant field.
