Michael Pasdo is the Senior Director of Quality at CVRx, Inc., where they focus on ensuring high standards of quality and compliance. With over 20 years of experience in quality management across the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, Michael has successfully led teams in applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence. They previously held positions at Nuvaira, Abbott, Baxter International, and Medtronic, demonstrating expertise in quality systems, manufacturing processes, and new product development. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, fluent in Spanish.
