Jeff Roach

Jeff Roach is an experienced executive in technology and program management with a demonstrated history in leading high-performing teams and driving governance frameworks. At CVS Health, Jeff served as Executive Director for both the IT Vendor Management Office and Managed Services Governance, focusing on vendor value delivery and strategic partnerships with technology Managed Services Providers. Previously, Jeff held roles at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. as Vice President and Sr. Director within the Technology Program Office, emphasizing program delivery and digitization of business processes. Jeff began a career at KPMG, where strategic development in IT advisory work contributed significantly to enterprise IT strategy and technology integration for major clients. Early experience included IT support roles in social media strategy at Walten Point Productions. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Penn State University.
