James Bajczuk

James Bajczuk is a co-owner and Vice President of Operations at CWI Software, where they lead a team of approximately 1,300 employees and focus on custom software solutions, particularly in financial products and retail technology. With over 30 years of experience in technology, James graduated in Computer Science from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and pursued various specializations in business and management from renowned institutions such as Harvard and Wharton. Committed to social and economic transformation through technology, James initiated programs like CWI Let’s Code for schoolchildren and SABI+ for professional training of youths from public schools. They have also contributed to the technological community by co-founding the initiative +praTi to nurture new talents in the tech industry.
