Rafael Peduzzi

Rafael Peduzzi, PhD, is a seasoned Product Design Manager and Design Lead at CWI Software, where they lead a design chapter and foster a culture of design within one of Brazil's largest technology consultancies. With over 15 years of diverse experience in design and education, Rafael has worked on numerous projects across various domains and has held roles as a designer, educator, and collaborator. They hold a doctoral degree in Design from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, where their research focused on the history of design research in Brazil, complemented by advanced studies in Graphic Design and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Rafael's expertise encompasses UX research, product design, and strategic design frameworks, and they are dedicated to mentoring and developing the next generation of designers.
