Stuart Richardson is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as Head of Fleet at CWind since August 2025. With a robust background in the offshore wind farm industry, Stuart has been a key figure at Richardson Marine Services Ltd since December 2015, holding roles as Fleet Superintendent and Director, focusing on vessel and crew management. Additionally, Stuart is a Director at Technical Marine Support Ltd, which operates joint venture vessels for CWind. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager at Njord Offshore from August 2020 to August 2025, Coxswain at RNLI from 2002 to 2012, and Skipper at Richardson Fishing, a family fishing business spanning from 1988 to 2002. Education was completed at Southlands, New Romney, from 1983 to 1988.

CWind is also dedicated to new product development including subsea survey solutions, through an invested partnership with Rovco. CWind’s joint venture with International Ocean Group (IOG), CWind Taiwan, provides offshore wind farm construction and O&M support services, and training to the Taiwanese offshore wind industry.
