Additionally, Stuart is a Director at Technical Marine Support Ltd, which operates joint venture vessels for CWind. Prior experience includes Engineering Manager at Njord Offshore from August 2020 to August 2025, Coxswain at RNLI from 2002 to 2012, and Skipper at Richardson Fishing, a family fishing business spanning from 1988 to 2002. Education was completed at Southlands, New Romney, from 1983 to 1988.

CWind’s joint venture with International Ocean Group (IOG), CWind Taiwan, provides offshore wind farm construction and O&M support services, and training to the Taiwanese offshore wind industry.
