CWP is a not-for-profit member owned telecom industry organisation created to provide Wholesale and One Touch Switching services across the UK and increase full fibre connectivity choice. 

CWP solves two industry challenges:  
1.Provides a wholesale marketplace capability for retailers of broadband and network operators to trade their services. The platform also facilitates the wholesale requirements of the £5bn UK Government Building Digital UK infrastructure (Project Gigabit) investment programme.  
2. Solves the Ofcom One Touch Switching (OTS) determination that all UK fibre retailers must implement before its deadline of 3rd April 2023.
