Liliya Surzhenko is a Senior Stakeholder Lead UA with extensive experience in legal and regulatory affairs. Liliya served as Country Manager for CWP Global from 2021 to 2024. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Attorney at the Ukraine Energy Market and Regulatory Project from 2001 to 2003 and were an Executive Partner at IMEPOWER Legal and previously at Ukrainian Legal Partnership from 2007 to 2021. Liliya began their career as a Regulatory Adviser at AES Kievoblenergo and has a Master of Law degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
