Govind Sai

Govind Sai is a Continuous Improvement Specialist at CWS Deutschland since December 2023, with previous experience as an Area Manager L5 and Graduate Area Manager L4 at Amazon from March 2021 to November 2023. Govind held the position of Bachelorand im Bereich Lean Management at Weidemann GmbH from October 2019 to March 2020, where the focus was on developing a concept for integrating a new vehicle type into an assembly line using Lean methods. Additionally, practical experience in manufacturing optimization was gained as an intern at GROB-WERKE GmbH & Co. KG from March 2019 to July 2019. Govind completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Fachhochschule Kiel from 2018 to 2020, having earlier studied at PSG Institute of Advanced Studies from 2015 to 2018.
