Ebenezer Rajeevan is currently the Director of Supportive Living and Community Participation at Central West Specialized Developmental Services, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as an Area Manager at Karis Disability Services from 2017 to 2025 and at Christian Horizons from 2003 to 2008, where they also held roles as a Program Manager and Direct Support Professional. In addition, Ebenezer was the Associate Ministry Director at Youth for Christ Sri Lanka from 1991 to 2003. They hold an Advanced Leadership Certificate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Waterloo as well as a Master of Theological Studies in Youth and Family from Tyndale Seminary.
