Matthew Stevens

Matt Stevens is the Chief Financial Officer for CWU Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB); joining the Company in May of 2016. He comes to the Company with thirty four years of experience in the accounting and auditing field. Upon graduating college, Mr. Stevens joined the International Public Accounting Firm of Grant Thornton as an auditor. After eight years, Mr. Stevens explored other opportunities as a Financial Controller, working for publicly traded and private companies. Within the past eight years, he was engaged as a CFO for a Veteran Owned Small Business that performed contracting for the Department of Defense

Mr. Stevens is a native from Tampa, Florida and graduated from the University of South Florida in 1983 with a BA, in Accounting. He obtained his Certified Public Accountants license in the State of Florida.
