CX Wales is a new national movement dedicated to improving customer, citizen and employee experience across Wales.

We’re bringing together organisations from every sector to build better services, stronger communities and a more innovative, human‑centred Wales. Through our Skills & Innovation Hub — and a series of cross‑sector Labs — members collaborate on real challenges, share insight and shape practical solutions that benefit everyone.

We’re currently forming our Founding Board and inviting expressions of interest from leaders who want to help build something bold and meaningful for Wales.
