Jon Souers

Jon Souers has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as the Head Delivery Driver at UCF Printing Services. In 2016, they joined Insurance Office of America as a Commercial Lines Account Executive and worked there until 2018. During their time there, they gained experience in commercial operations and management. In 2018, Jon joined CX Insurance Services, where they began as a CLP and quickly progressed to Manager of Commercial Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Commercial Operations at CX Insurance Services.

Jon Souers attended the University of Central Florida from 2012 to 2016, where they studied Business Administration and Management. In addition to their degree, Jon obtained two certifications: the 2-20 General Lines Agent in August 2016 and the 2-15: Life, Health, and Annuities Agent License in December 2015.
