As Co-Founder and CEO of CXperts, Ramsay heads overall strategy and growth initiatives for the company. With deep experience in content development and delivering clear, genuine communication, he seeks to maximize the value exchanged between customers and companies. Ramsay maintains an enduring interest in sustainability and seeks to steer CXperts toward empowering impact-making organizations in this space. He has held Partner, Executive, VP and Director level positions at several digital agencies headquartered in San Diego, San Francisco, and New York. Ramsay graduated with distinction in Journalism from San Diego State University.
