They previously held roles such as Operations Manager at Silver Fork Lodge and General Manager at Blancaneaux Lodge. Mark’s background also includes significant positions in purchasing and kitchen operations across various prestigious hotels, including The NoMad Hotel New York and NoMad Los Angeles. They earned a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and have additional degrees in Philosophy and Economics from Drew University and the University of Amsterdam.
