Ryan Ruda

Ryan Ruda is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in pastry and culinary management. From July 2009 to August 2012, Ruda served as Executive Pastry Chef at Max Ultimate Food, managing a team and executing events for large groups. Positions at prominent establishments such as Thomas Keller Restaurant Group and Creative Edge Parties involved overseeing high-volume pastry production and managing kitchen operations.
