Partha D.

Partha D. has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Partha began their career in 2011 as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Material Science and Engineering Department at Iowa State University. In 2014, Partha worked as an Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Technology Sikkim until 2015. Partha then joined Academy of Technology as an Associate Professor in 2015, and later became a Professor in 2021. In 2016, Partha began working as a Professional Freelancer and Research Consultant at Upwork. Partha also served as the Director of Research and Development at CXSPHERE starting from 2019. Partha D. has a diverse range of experiences in academia, freelancing, and research and development.

Partha D. started their education in 1977 at St. Josheph Convent, Chandannagar, where they completed their primary education. From 1981 to 1987, they attended Don Bosco Bandel and obtained their ICSE degree. Partha then enrolled at Hooghly Mohsin College in 1987 and completed their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Statistics. In 1989, they briefly joined the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata, pursuing a B.Stat. degree in Mathematics and Statistics, but discontinued after one year. Partha D. continued their education at Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College from 1990 to 1994, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E.). Finally, they pursued further studies at IIEST, Shibpur from 1994 to 2017, obtaining both a Master's degree (ME) and a PhD in Finite Element Analysis.
