Ashwin Richard is the Founder of The Customer Success Progressive, a community aimed at fostering collaboration among Customer Success leaders across various industries. With a rich background in Go-To-Market strategy and Customer Success spanning seven industries, including Life Sciences and Automotive, Ashwin has driven sales exceeding $550 million during a ten-year period while leading highly motivated teams. In addition to their current role, Ashwin serves as a GTM & Customer Success Advisor at BNKA and is a Regional Chapter Lead for the Customer Success Network in Munich. Having started their career in software development, Ashwin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Instrumentation from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences.
