Steve Tickle is an experienced embedded architect currently working at CyanConnode since April 2017, focusing on the development of the UltiMesh and OmniMesh smart metering and IoT platforms. Tickle has held various positions in software engineering and architecture across several companies, including Landis+Gyr and EDMI Limited, where significant contributions were made in designing reusable software architectures for smart metering devices. Past roles have also involved developing software for industrial and medical devices, as well as creating apps for mobile platforms. With a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Manchester, Tickle demonstrates a strong background in embedded systems and software development, leveraging a wide range of technologies and methodologies throughout their career.
