Danielle Gnidec

Danielle Gnidec is a Customer Success Manager at Cyara since January 2025, responsible for executing renewals and negotiations to secure long-term contracts while managing a portfolio of 25-30 enterprise clients. Prior to this role, Danielle served as a Recruitment and HR Officer at Kare Plus South Cork from May to December 2024, and from 2017 to 2023, held the position of Associate Director of Clinical Operations & Customer Success at VoxNeuro where leadership of a team of Product Specialists and coordination of hardware and software installation were key responsibilities. Danielle also previously worked as a Dance Instructor at Innovative Rhythm Dance Studios from 2013 to 2022, creating lesson plans and workshops, and as an OTA/PTA at Lifemark Health Group in 2017-2018, managing patient classes and providing therapeutic support. Danielle holds a diploma in Occupational Therapist Assistant/Physiotherapist Assistant from Humber College, completed in 2017.
