Mai Le is a seasoned UX Manager at Cyara, with a focus on enhancing Customer Experience (CX) Assurance. With a career spanning various roles including Acting UX Manager, UX/UI Designer, and UX/CX Designer at Syncordis, Mai has demonstrated a commitment to improving user experiences across digital platforms. As the Founder of Make My Day, a non-profit initiative that promotes positivity through illustrated stories, Mai has garnered significant recognition, including over 280,000 Facebook followers and an interview on national Vietnam TV in 2020. Previous positions also include roles at openshop and All in IT Solutions, where Mai contributed as a UI/UX researcher and designer. Mai Le holds a Bachelor's Degree in Design and Visual Communications from Massey University.
