Michael Hall has extensive experience in the Telecommunications industry, having worked at Cyara as an Operations Manager responsible for managing and expanding Cyara's carrier network. Michael also served as a Program Manager - Customer Delivery and Senior Technical Consultant, providing consultancy and thought leadership to clients on automated test strategies. Prior to Cyara, Michael worked as a Support Engineer at Zeacom, where Michael supported customers with software-related issues. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Studies from The University of Auckland.
