Vikram Verma

Vikram Verma serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board of Managers at Genesis Digital, LLC since March 2022 and holds the position of Lead Independent Director at Cyara since September 2022. Currently, Vikram is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for SecureAuth Corporation, IXOPAY, and Employ and has been a Member of the Board of Directors for Cambium Networks and Zingtree. Additionally, Vikram provides advisory support to the CEO of Wiliot and is a member of the Electrical and Computer Engineering Advisory Council at the University of Michigan. Vikram’s academic background includes degrees from the Florida Institute of Technology, Stanford University, and the University of Michigan, culminating in a Doctor of Humane Letters, Honoris Causa from the Florida Institute of Technology.
