JP M. has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and network security. They have held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise and leadership skills.

JP M. began their career as a Network Engineer at Minds India Private Limited and later worked as a Network Administrator at Canon India Pvt. Ltd. In 2011, they joined HCL Technologies as a Cyber Security Specialist and then moved on to BT Global Services as part of the BT GlobalSOC team.

In 2013, JP M. joined DXC Technology, where they provided level-3 support for client security infrastructure, managed firewalls from vendors such as Checkpoint, Cisco, and Fortinet, and led network security transformation projects. Currently, JP M. is working at Cybalt as an Associate VP & Head of Infrastructure & Data Security Practice. In this role, they are responsible for delivering cybersecurity services, developing strategies, and providing leadership. They also oversee network security, endpoint security, and data security businesses with a focus on profitability and sustainability.

JP M. also attended the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2022, focusing on Strategy & Leadership.
