Ryan Li is a technology entrepreneur and engineer who currently serves as cofounder and CEO of Surf AI, where they are building institutional-class AI for crypto and digital assets. They co-founded DLive (co-founder & CTO, 2017–2021; acquired by BitTorrent in December 2019), Lino Network (cofounder & CTO, 2017–2020), SketchMe (co-founder, 2013–2015), NOVAPEX (founder & CEO, 2013–2014), and CyberConnect (co-founder, 2021–Present). Their early career includes a software engineer internship at Google in 2016 and a research assistant role at UC Berkeley, where they worked on trajectory planning for the da Vinci surgical robot. They also contributed to robotics and entrepreneurship communities, including serving as Co-President of the Association of Chinese Entrepreneurs at Berkeley (2016–2017) and leading a RoboCup Junior Soccer Chinese Team to RoboCup International 2012 in Mexico, where the team placed third in Open Soccer B.
