Howard B. possesses extensive experience in program management and cybersecurity within the Department of Defense and federal government sectors. Currently serving as a SETA at CYBER BAT, Howard previously directed operations for a 70-person program at Zolon Tech Inc., managing security, infrastructure, and software development for approximately 1,000 DoD websites. Past roles include Senior Consultant at TWIN MILL LLC, Deputy Program Manager at DARPA, and leadership positions at Deloitte, Indra USA, Xerox Federal Solutions, CSC, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Paradigm Solutions. Howard holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
