Cyber Institute is an international nongovernmental organization advancing public-interest governance, policy, and capacity building at the intersection of cybersecurity and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and quantum computing.

With a mission grounded in equity and inclusion, Cyber Institute prioritizes women, minorities, and underserved communities, ensuring that the rapid adoption of advanced technologies does not deepen existing gaps in access, safety, or opportunity.

Cyber Institute holds UN ECOSOC Special Consultative Status and is an ITU-D Sector Member, contributing to multilateral efforts on responsible technology governance, digital resilience, and workforce development. Our work bridges civil society, policymakers, and technical communities to support transparent, accountable, and human-centred approaches to emerging technology.
