Welcome to Cyber Security District - The #1 European Cybersecurity Growth Platform.

Since 2018, we are here to help you advance your cybersecurity career, so that together we can close the cybersecurity talent gap. At the District, we provide you with essential tools, an active community, industry knowledge, training, and mentorship, enabling you to thrive in the cybersecurity field.

The foundation of Cyber Security District was laid in 2018, when our two founders—an Ethical Hacker and an IT Recruiter—started the first recruitment agency in the Netherlands with a 100% focus on the cybersecurity market. We now collaborate with innovative startups, SMEs, vendors, and renowned multinational brands across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and the Nordics.

In addition to recruitment, we are the leading source of career advancement best practices, compensation information, and educational training. By sharing our knowledge through podcasts, videos, and live events, the District community has grown to 20,000 active members, 71,000 newsletter subscribers, and 123,000 followers on LinkedIn.

Whether you're embarking on an exciting new career journey or seeking top-tier talent to protect your organization, know that you are always welcome at the District!
