Ashley Wright, SPHR, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CyberArk, specializing in global HR strategies for Research & Development, IT, and Product Management since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Formlabs, where Ashley led HR initiatives encompassing DEI strategy, employee relations, and global HR projects, and Urban Teachers, focusing on recruitment and mental health priorities. Ashley has also held positions in project management and staffing at The Gerald J. and Dorothy R. Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University and has extensive recruitment experience from earlier roles in healthcare and manufacturing sectors.
