Celeste Chatman

Celeste Chatman, M.A. CDR, Six Sigma Greenbelt, serves as the Global Head of Inclusion and Belonging at CyberArk since June 2024. Previously, Celeste held the position of Vice President, DEI & Talent Management at FullBloom from June 2021 to June 2024, where strategic direction was provided to create an inclusive atmosphere aligned with the organization's mission. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Stride, Inc., Director of Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning at the Urban Institute, and Talent Acquisition Leader for Early Career Programs at Tyco. Celeste started the professional journey in university recruitment and diversity programs at various organizations including Covance, Credit Suisse, Avaya, and Prudential Financial. Celeste earned a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kean University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration & Marketing from Upsala College, with additional education from Cornell University.
