Jared Kinsler is an experienced Corporate Counsel currently serving as the Director, Senior Commercial Counsel at Palo Alto Networks since 2026. Previously, Jared held several roles at CyberArk from 2019 to 2026, including Director of Legal for the Americas. Prior to CyberArk, Jared was Corporate Counsel at Iron Mountain from 2016 to 2019, where responsibilities included reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and managing customer negotiations. Jared graduated with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Suffolk Law School in 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Union College in 2010.
