Tal Arad

Tal Arad is currently the Team Leader of Talent Sourcing at Palo Alto Networks and CyberArk, where they focus on generating sourcing strategies and enhancing candidate experience. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Open University of Israel, Tal has a strong background in talent acquisition, having previously served as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Shavit Software and as a Technical Recruiter and Sourcing Specialist. Tal also held a position as a Student Assistant at the Municipality of Jerusalem from 2017 to 2020. Their passion for sourcing and deep understanding of technological profiles drive their commitment to talent engagement and strategy improvement.
