Gal Azaria

Gal Azaria has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity. Gal currently works at Cyberbit as a Security Researcher Team Leader since December 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Security Researcher at the same company from June 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Cyberbit, Gal Azaria worked at Dell EMC as a SOC Manager from December 2020 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring and remediation of security events, maintaining and supporting enterprise security solutions, and serving as the main point of contact for coordinating and escalating security incidents. Gal also led vulnerability assessments and was involved in documenting and implementing action plans.

Before becoming a SOC Manager, Gal Azaria worked as a Cyber Security Analyst at Dell EMC from June 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they monitored and investigated cyber security incidents, generated reports, and actively searched for potentially malicious activity across multiple customers using advanced threat network and host-based tools. Gal also had experience in malware static and dynamic analysis.

Overall, Gal Azaria has demonstrated their expertise in cybersecurity through their various roles and responsibilities in both research and analysis, as well as managerial positions.

Gal Azaria attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2017 to 2021. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a focus on Information System Engineering.
